  In order for us to give you the best service and an accurate quotation, please ensure the following:
  Give us complete information regarding your design -
  ⦁ The material type to be used
  ⦁ The sizes of your product in millimetres
  ⦁ Quantity per item
  ⦁ Colours
  ⦁ Extras: key rings, ribbons, magnets, paint, etc.
  ⦁ If you have a picture example of the product you want to order – it will definitely help with accurate communication.
  
  Your quotation: Our quotation formula includes:
  ⦁ Time spent on design
  ⦁ Time spent on the machine for engraving and cutting
  ⦁ Material costs and other manufacturing aspects e.g. paint, glue, etc.
  ⦁ An estimate time for your design will be discussed once all information has been communicated. Should you then decide to continue with the process, you are liable for the design costs.
  
  Artwork approval:
  ⦁ Lead time on artwork approval may vary between 3-15 working days, depending on the detail of your product and the productivity line in process.
  
  Your target date:
  ⦁ Be sure to communicate your expected target delivery date
  ⦁ Should you request fast queuing – additional costs will apply.
